Our Inspiration
At Kitchen Among the Trees, we are inspired by the diversity of flavours and cultures around the world. Our Chef Mikayla, grew up in a household where food was a way to celebrate and connect with loved ones. She wanted to share her love of food to her community.
Mikayla was born and raised in Lindsay and attended culinary school in Peterborough’s Fleming College. Her love of creating food rich with flavour and creativity has been her passion.
Mikayla specializes in food allergies and food sensitivities.
